My Underwater Journey: From Escape to Art (and Dive Suits!)

Hi, I'm Lisa. My story with underwater photography began with a breath, a dive, and a profound sense of peace.
A few years ago, I discovered freediving. It wasn't just a sport; it was a sanctuary. As a mother of two vibrant daughters, the quiet, weightless world beneath the surface offered a respite from the delightful chaos of daily life. The ocean became my escape, a place where I could reconnect with myself and find tranquility.

Initially, I captured these moments with a simple action camera, sharing the mesmerizing beauty of the underwater world with friends and family. Their enthusiastic response fueled my passion. I was captivated by the vibrant marine life and the serene, almost ethereal atmosphere.

Then came the turning point: a borrowed Sony camera and an underwater housing. Suddenly, I wasn't just documenting; I was creating. The images I captured were breathtaking, revealing the ocean's hidden wonders with a clarity and depth I hadn't imagined. I was hooked.

This obsession led me to invest in my own gear, and I dove deeper—literally and figuratively—into the art of underwater photography. My passion for the ocean also inspired me to create my own line of UPF 50+ dive suits for women and kids. I wanted to share my love for the water with others in a tangible way. Years later, my awe for the ocean continues to grow. Each dive brings new discoveries, new perspectives. My goal is to share this wonder with you, to transport you to the depths and show you the extraordinary beauty that lies beneath the waves.

My archives are overflowing with untold stories, moments of magic yet to be shared. If you're searching for a particular creature—a graceful sea turtle, a majestic ray, or perhaps the delicate dance of a seahorse—don't hesitate to reach out. Chances are, I have the perfect shot waiting to be unveiled.

Thank you for joining me on this journey. Your support means the world. If you're moved by what you see, please consider sharing my work with someone who might also find beauty in the depths.
